Springing the blues is a free outdoor blues festival.  The 3 day oceanfront event includes blues music as well as plenty of family oriented activities and events. It is held at Jacksonville Beach, Florida's Oceanfront SeaWalk Pavilion on the 1st weekend of April each year.
